What makes your pieces different?

Each product is designed with intentionality — clean finishes, heirloom-worthy construction, and color stories that outlast trends. Our goal isn’t just to make something by hand; it’s to make something worth keeping.

What materials do you use?

Each piece is made with soft, high-quality acrylic yarn chosen for its comfort, strength, and longevity. We repurpose leftover yarn as plush stuffing and continue testing eco-conscious upgrades that meet our durability standards.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–10 days for careful crafting before shipment. Each product page lists clear timelines so there are no surprises.

Is gift wrapping available?

Every order arrives ready to gift — packaged in a reusable muslin bag stamped with our mark. It’s minimal, sustainable, and intentionally simple. If your order ships directly to a recipient, we’ll leave out the receipt upon request.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

To maintain the integrity and hygiene of each piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Every item you receive is newly made and carefully inspected before shipping. If you’re unsure before ordering, reach out — we’re happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

It’s rare, but if it happens, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right promptly.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

Most of our yarn is Oeko-Tex certified, meaning it’s free from harmful substances. We reuse yarn scraps, use paper tape and muslin packaging, and ship plastic-free. Sustainability isn’t a buzzword here — it’s built into our process.

Do you take custom orders?

Not at this time. Our focus is on perfecting core collections and seasonal edits that meet the K.I.T.S. standard of quality. We love hearing what customers hope to see next — your feedback often shapes future releases.
