What inspired Knots In The Sky Handmade?
A deep love for craftsmanship—and a refusal to settle for mass-produced. We’re here to prove that beautiful, durable, joy-sparking pieces can also be made responsibly.

Are all of your products handmade?
Absolutely. Every piece is stitched by hand, not cranked out by a machine. You’ll feel the difference.

What materials do you use?
We primarily use soft, high-quality acrylic yarn to keep things cozy and accessible. We also reuse yarn scraps as plushie stuffing and test eco-conscious upgrades that don’t sacrifice affordability.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. If something needs to be made, please allow 7–10 days for crafting before it ships—we’ll always note this clearly on the product page.

Is gift wrapping available?
All pieces come in a reusable muslin bag stamped with our logo—minimal, thoughtful, and ready to gift. If you're sending it straight to someone special, let us know—we’ll leave out the receipt.

Where can I buy your products?
You can shop directly on our website or catch us at local markets in Central Florida. Follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be popping up next.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on crochet items. That helps us guarantee every piece you receive is brand-new and untouched. If you’re unsure before ordering, don’t hesitate to ask—we’re happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?
That’s rare, but if it happens, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll sort it out.

Do you take custom orders or offer personalization?
Not at this time—but we love feedback and may open custom spots in the future. Follow us to stay in the loop.

Are your materials eco-friendly?
Most of the yarn we use is Oeko-Tex certified, we repurpose scraps, and ship with plastic-free, low-waste materials. We’re committed to sustainability that goes beyond buzzwords.
